Why Creativity -
Admission to Digital Worlds
First analog and now digital. We find ourselves living in part two of the "Information Age," with the unfolding powers of digital communication and computing technology serving as twin liberators, unleashing a creative renaissance in all aspects of life.
For the first time in known human history, this Digital Information Age enables all forms of communication to share a common denominator: Audio, graphics, text, and video can all be created, linked and distributed via their digital denominators.
This is also the first age, contrary to previous ages (e.g., agricultural, industrial, etc.), where the raw component (information) is FREE (see any library).
Free information in this age suggests the remaining inputs for success would be knowledge, action, and creative mind.
This golden triangle of knowledge, action, and creativity is often found behind most respected efforts. Some might simply describe their totality as "Love's in there!"
So a creative mind is a good thing.
During this millennium, individuals and teams who are digitally fluent will be afforded opportunities to effect global changes unparalleled in human history.
Those knowledgeable action types, who creatively apply information in ways which add increasing value, will most likely be those who will enjoy the future's best views.
